How long until a crew shows up?

Do you work directly with my insurer?
Yes. We're accredited partners of every major Canadian insurer: Intact, Desjardins, La Capitale, Beneva, Promutuel, Wawanesa, Aviva, Co-operators, Belair Direct, SSQ, TD Insurance, Economical. We handle direct billing and the claim file. You don't pull out your credit card.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Shut off water or gas if it's safe to do so. Do not enter flooded rooms if power is still live. Photograph the damage for your insurer (wide shots, close-ups, appliance labels if possible). Our dispatch stays on the line with you until the crew arrives.
Do you also handle reconstruction after cleanup?
Yes. We take the full chain: emergency, mitigation, drying, decontamination, selective demo, and rebuild (drywall, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, finishes). RBQ 5841-9203-01. One contact, one contract, from disaster to delivery.
Do you cover commercial and industrial?
